Now you see it...

...now you don't!

Bye bye accessory tragus (that Frankenstein bump inherited from my great grandfather)

Happy Halloween!

I must like being a sushi hand roll for Halloween, because look at my big smile!

Two month appointment

At my two month appointment, I measured 22 1/2 long (48th percentile), 11 pounds 3 ounces (49th percentile). The doctor confirmed that I was advanced with strong hips if I was rolling over, because it wasn't my 37.8 cm head (6th percentile) that was doing it! Small infant heads are a Chen trait I guess.

I'm that quiet

Today my Mom put me (in my car seat) on the ground while talking to a contractor, then she got into the car and drove away!!!! She forgot me in the garage! She was horrified when, halfway down the block, she looked into the rear view mirror and saw an empty Graco base! When she returned and opened the garage door, I was still sitting there quietly, admiring my Dad's car, enjoying the day.

I know that I'm so quiet that she keeps forgetting that she has a second kid, but sheesh!

My first beach vacation

I went on my first airplane ride for my first international trip and beach vacation! OK, I didn't do anything different in Mexico from what I usually do at home: eat, poop, sleep and wake up every 2-3 hours. But I did them in a very picturesque setting!

Many passengers and my parents noted how exceptionally well I did on the plane. I slept practically the entire time on both flights!

Check out my big bed!

I rolled over!

...from my belly to my back! Am I advanced, or do I just have a really heavy head?

My Red Egg & Ginger party

I turned one month old, so my Grandmas helped organize a great Red Egg and Ginger dinner party to celebrate!

I told my sister to smile but that's generally her expression when there is anyone other than my parents and me around.
